Barbara Hawkins (Bobbie) has been struck by tragedy and seems to be stuck somewhere between the past and present. With no hope of a normal future, Bobbie packs up and heads to the beach.
Phil Jenkins is no stranger to tragic events. His wife of ten years died while giving birth to their daughter, Amanda. Now Phil is forced to raise her on his own.
