Product Description
The idea of this book was born in 1981. There was a couple whom I knew very well that got married very young. They had five beautiful daughters at the time, yet the man in this marriage was not satisfied because there was no male child. There was an assumption in my culture that men must always have male children to feel self-accomplished. Males who will inherit family belongings and extend their family’s dynasty are necessary. The same belief system also holds that women must marry and assume another family’s name to feel self-accomplished. Based on this value system, the man decided to marry another woman who would eventually bear him a male child. The idea of bringing another woman in this marriage brought disagreement, mistrust, and many fights.
