Product Description
For thousands and thousands of years, the ten kingdoms of Babashalon have been battling and at war. The god Traxias has grown tired of the battling and war. He comes to a White Wizard named Kelarina An'Tanis, telling her that he believes that he has found a solution to the problem. He has created what he calls the Peace Stone. He commands Kelarina to form a well-balanced party to take the Peace Stone to the faraway kingdom of Quentaria to put the stone on a white marble altar in a special cavern there, and peace and tranquility will begin spreading across the ten kingdoms.
Meanwhile, Terl and Perl Haddon are two young farmers that are heading down the dusty Plantel Road to the small fishing village of Pendere to get their badly needed supplies. They go to the village inn, where they run into two soldiers. Through a conversation Terl is told that he will be inducted into the Haldaran Army, and Perl will go to the magic city of Transvera to study sorcery at the Institute of Sorcery to become a sorceress.
The story continues with more and more colorful characters coming and going throughout the story.
