My World of Poetry is about some of my past real life experiences, dreams, fantasy, and mirrored reality. The poetry entails what can be and what it is like to go through that experience. For instance, the poem about peace is about those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. That is the reality that America has experienced and I have dedicated that poem to those who lost their lives that day. I have to be inspired to write and the subjects that I have written about were inspired by a particular event. My mother was a big influence on my life by being one of my best friends. Also, my husband is my biggest inspiration and he continues to inspire me every step of the way.
