Peter Breckman and his men were on their way home after a long cattle drive when they came across a body. At first they believed the person was dead. They soon found out that the person was not dead and that it was a woman. Peter carried the woman to the camp they were setting up. He placed her on a bedroll. Water was brought to him so that he could wash the dirt from her face. He stared at her. She was beautiful. Peter Breckman had been around other women, but this woman took his heart from him as he washed the dirt from her face. He always thought he needed love in his life.
