Many countless hours I have spent with no more than a pen, a piece of paper, and my feelings, to bring to you a collection of poems that express my life’s journey from the love that I hold to the nightmares that try to destroy everything that I have worked so hard for. Love, life, death, war, and pretty much everything that has affected my life at some point are in this book. And most importantly, I express my deepest love for my son. Whether good or bad, I cherish these poems as memories of my life, each holding a special place in my heart.
