I have been in ministry over 50 years and have seen many young ministers fall into various types of calamities. They were in a hurry to become popular, and would not give God enough time to train them. It was due to the pride they had. I wrote this book with the hope that many young ministers who are aspiring to go into the ministry will read it and prevent themselves from falling into this same trap. A baby is not born walking and talking, they must mature first, and so must the young ministers. A minister must be called of God, and not man. God will lead you to a mature minister to train you. A house cannot be built without a strong foundation. God starts us from the foundation, not from the roof. God told me to write this book. I pray that it will assist those who feel the call of God on their lives.
