Upon accepting his latest case, Devin travels to the rural Ohio town of Cobblesville in an attempt to find a young couple gone missing from their summer jobs at a local apple orchard. Once there, he is quickly drawn into a web of deceit at the hands of several townspeople who claim to know nothing about the young lovers, or their fate. Something about their stories doesn't fit however, and he soon finds that all is not as it would appear in the sleepy little town.
