Another letter has arrived for Bob Wiley, star reporter for Know the Facts Newspaper. The letter is from inmate John Fallwells at Cannman’s Cutt Prison, a.k.a. Hell’s Prison, and tells of evil doings involving drug lords, the Mafia and a cult of demons. In the context of this evil, many inmates have mysteriously disappeared and are presumed dead by Fallwells. These letters are a joke around the office since they have been arriving for years. This time, though, fellow reporter Jerry Willer decides to go out to the prison and check it out.

The story is about the struggle between the forces of good and evil. The warden and some of his guards and inmates represent the forces of evil, and they have become demons for the purpose of Satan’s comeback and takeover. The forces for good are Bob Wiley as the savior, along with his friends.
