Doug and Kit Harding, after enjoying a day in the country with friends, come across a terrible automobile accident on their way home. Inside the wrecked car is an FBI messenger fleeing with classified government documents. The agent begs the Hardings, before he dies, to deliver the papers to his contact in Juarez. They accept the papers with many misgivings, but agree to do what the dying man requests. Kit's curiosity gets the better of her and she reads some of the documents as they are driving home. She soon realizes the danger they have put themselves in by doing the man a favor.?
