Musings from the Beach is a work of love and inspiration that came from living in the moment. I believe that each day in a life can provide a backdrop for inspiration. The glorious natural setting of Maine and its many beaches was the inspiration for my self-reflection.

Mostly the musings are about people I know, emotions I felt, and experiences I had for one whole year. My desire is to inspire through connecting to a common human thread of life and living. I believe we are all living the same human experiences like love, joy, happiness and exhilaration as well as sadness, grief, loss and disappointment. I believe that if we spend our lives hopeful, striving, and working toward a better life, we will indeed live to experience it…one day.
