The section “Ups” contains writings of positive motivation, gratitude, and wonder from the good times. “Musings” are some of the writings that came largely from her imagination. “Downs” contains writings from some of the darker times in her life. “Relationships” are about people who have been part of her life. Some writings in the book reflect faith, love, and peace. Others reflect hurt, pain, and sorrow.
