Stranded on the planet of Chiron, and soon convinced of the planet’s violation of the peace treaty—which restricted Chiron from the stockpiling of arms—Juno Wroth attempts to evade several scouts and hopefully reach some sort of a peaceful settlement where he can acquire a transport ship back to the planet of Mira. Sent to Chiron as a spy, Juno now needs to return to Mira and inform the Planetary Alliance of just what he’d uncovered before it’s too late to prevent another full-blown war from erupting. But Juno is also about to discover that the legendary General Yeats, who was said to have perished within what was known as the Automata War, was indeed still alive, and he’s had ten long years since the last war to prepare for his revenge upon the Alliance for the premature death of his wife.
