Temporary Breakdown is a part of me. It tells the depths of my heart and goes beyond. It lets you know who I’ve become and how I arrived at that point. It expresses all my thoughts and feelings over the past years. It states how I overcame a breakdown. The fall of it was great, but the aftermath was greater. Healing is a day-to-day process, but through my writing and with prayer, I have begun to heal. By healing I mean I have learned to let the past stay past and the future rest where it is and work on the now by letting it rest in the hands of the Lord. I have opened up to you by taking you on the path of my life. I hope it leads you on a journey to search yourself, find your pain and start to heal.
