Bob is a grocer from Olney, Illinois who has been appointed to complete the term of the senator that had died. As the only remaining member of congress, he becomes the President. He is not a politician, and has never voted. He has no staff, and no advisors. But in one week he wipes out the national debt, and puts all the unemployed to work, then goes back to running his grocery store. "
