I am M.A.R.S; a young woman with Asperger's syndrome. With Asperger's syndrome, you feel like your emotions are constantly taking you on a terrifying roller coaster ride. In which you can only scream and fight to get off, yet try as you might it's impossible. Which is why you must learn to cope with the ride, with sometimes odd behavior. I have been working on a book of Poems for about 4 years. Mostly when I get upset or angry, I go somewhere that I can be alone, and write. Sometimes I don't even try to put the words in a rhythmic way, it just comes out like that...
Anyhow, these poems mostly have a sad or angry, even frustrated feel. Some are really descriptions of actual events that happened to me. Yet some are clearly fantasies, or stories from my favorite original adventures."
