Product Description
Mini is the unusually ugly daughter of an American couple who adopted her in Santorini, Greece. She suffers from an inferiority complex and depression, although she is gifted by exceptional intelligence. She endeavors to improve her life by returning to her birthplace and perhaps finding her birth mother.

After she graduated N.Y.U. majoring in anthropology, they sent her on sabbatical to Santorini, where she meets an archaeologist, Nicolas, who changes her outlook on life. Together they work on the archaeological excavations conducted by Prof. Marinatos who speculates that the enormous amount of discoveries found there, together with those of Crete, offer a connection to the Lost Atlantis described by ancient writer Plato in his two dialogues: Critias and Timaeus. The unearthed artifacts, as well as the authentication by experts, lend credence to the fact that Atlantis has at last been found.
