Chinyere O. Uche was born in Holland in 1977. She grew up in Nigeria, in an environment where education was given the highest priority. She was able to develop her gift of writing, bringing events to life through poetry. She has written poems and stories and performed in theatres.
Most of her poetry is based on her own personal encounters in Africa and overseas, with people, politics and practical situations. White President, Black Lover can only be expressed in simple terms: a touch of genius without a replica.
