Poetry wove its way into George’s life while he was recovering from an angina attack in 1985. He wrote several hundred poems from 1985 to 2003 when he joined a poetry forum called AuthorsDen.com. With the encouragement of the many poets who reviewed his poems, he wrote over 800 poems and continues to write poetry.
