When the illusions she had held about her family, friends and job with the federal government disintegrate, she begins the journey to find her true purpose in life. Her journey takes her from her home in Montana to Alaska. It is here she is able to understand how repeating patterns and lack of self-love have kept her stuck in a senseless state of misery. She begins to understand the meaning of freedom when her senses are filled with the sights and sounds of the biker culture. The story culminates when she takes a 3800-mile ride to Sturgis on the back of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. This is a story of self-discovery and redefining roles.
