This collection of poetry covers a broad range of topics from love to war and political topics to inspirations such as a halo rainbow appearing around the sun one day. It gives voice to some of the daily frustrations everyone must face in life to some of the simple joys like hearing a child’s laughter. It is the author’s wish to share these works with as many people as possible and perhaps to give them the chance to seek solace in the words when grieving, laughter when they are happy, and perhaps a poem to share with a special person when the words just will not come on their own. Then again, perhaps one of these poems might bring a smile to the grieving person’s face, or for the happy person to share his joy with one of those less fortunate. Perhaps a particular poem might lead the reader to thoughts of an old friend and old friendships renewed.
