Jerry and Vic are longtime friends who stumble onto the dark secret of a large tobacco company. The company has developed a virtually undetectable, addictive chemical that will enslave anyone who ingests products made with it. When one of the unsuspecting pair falls ill from contact with the chemical, the company sets out to close any leaks before its first worldwide, multi-billion-dollar delivery to the black market and foreign interests.
