Product Description
As a young girl, we never had much of anything. We always had enough to eat. I longed for the everyday things kids my own age had. I was longing for records every youngster played. I was longing for a sewing machine. I was longing for nice clothes, ones that were not handmade. I would go into the stores and gaze at the store-bought dresses and skirts knowing I could never purchase one. I would sketch the dress onto a piece of scratch paper and then take it home to my grandmother and she would show me how to make the dress. My name is Eleanor.
