Nancy goes into a simple procedure to have some polyps removed from her nose and wakes up to a terrible diagnosis of a rare form of cancer. She is sent to a different hospital out of town to have a risky surgery, and then treatment for her cancer and all the processes that go with it. She goes through months of depression and realization about the life she led and what her future holds. She discovers a new sense of faith and looks forward to a new beginning.
