It’s the last days of the Vietnam War. Sergeant Jimmy Lance is a member of a US Army Special Forces team that’s been sent to rescue an informer from execution. They’re unaware that only a few days remain before the United States starts pulling its troops out of the long war.

As they witness the final withdrawal of US personnel from their base, information is received of the location of more US soldiers held captive. Just one more mission and they can all go home.

One more time Major Logan sends Captain Butch Robertson’s A-team to rescue the POWs so they can all go home together. This time there’s no US Army left to help them if they get into trouble. However, help does come from the most unexpected sources—the enemy, the Navy, and Mister Chase, a pretty, little female helicopter pilot.
