Mike Pulli was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, in 1947. He grew up in a household that was exposed to the sport of gambling. At a young age, Mike accompanied his father to the race track, and realized very early on that the ability to win is based on chance. Gambling is a source of entertainment.
