Soulful Heart is a compilation of poems and photographs, written and taken by Lucky over a twelve- to thirteen-year span. Lucky is a physician assistant in Florida and works in family practice. She enjoys traveling and taking nature photographs. Nature and spirituality are both reflected in her poetry. All lighthouses (except cover) are in the southeastern part of the United States. Lucky began writing poetry and taking photographs around her fortieth birthday—you know what they say, life begins at forty!!
