The amazing true story of how a remote seafront five-star fishing lodge in Far North Queensland, Australia, was financed by the proceeds of organised crime on a grand scale. The activities were brought to the public's attention through several Royal Commissions, and the Federated Painters and Dockers Union were labelled a criminal organisation masquerading as a Trade Union. The resort became known in the Australian Press as “The Painters and Dockers Holiday Lodge.”

The story involves many interactions with locals on Cape York Peninsula, mishaps on the Coral Sea, and constant police raids. The story then moves on to the Papua New Guinea islands, where the author takes over another resort and establishes a scuba diving destination.
