Stanley Widmer is an industrial design engineer who has worked on many projects during his lifetime. He is presently a defense contractor developing his patented non-metallic approach to a safer patrol boat for manned and unmanned boats with a stronger hull and improved performance. The real test comes in 2010 when this boat will be tested in blowing whitecaps. As the performance is proven, it will lead to larger patrol boats and crafts.
