His poetry has been drawn from his childhood, his won and lost loves, a short bout of alcoholism due to a marriage breakup, and a huge variety of other situations either from experience or observation of the human race in general. The majority of his poems were written in Wales whilst taking a break from life after a near breakdown due to work and relationship stress. Many of the poems express concerns about what is going on in the world, and some are from personal experiences.
