We have only one life to live. There are so many things I should have known;;so many warning signs I ignored; so much time wasted. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. I will see you later, may never happen. My oldest sister/best friend has a fatal form of brain cancer. She could die believing, I made up horrible lies about her beloved husband. At the time, I was working between 50-72 hours a week as a Restaurant Manager on Cape Cod. I missed milestones in my children's lives. My father died suddenly of a heart attack. I was vulnerable; I trusted someone who was going to help me change my life; who I thought, was my friend; she was not. I changed my career and chased my dream. I volunteered in my community to make a difference in someone else's life and it enriched my life beyond my wildest dreams.
