Before the outbreak of World War II, Dr. Joseph Mengele tried an experiment and failed. He buried the experiment deep and far away thinking that it was gone forever. The Angel of Death was wrong. The experiment was found by the UN, which discovered references to the project in SS documents. There were orders to destroy the project. The problem is that the project can't be killed.
