Jeannie grew up the middle child of a large family in Texarkana, Arkansas. She is often found hiking trails with a pen/pencil, a camera, and a notebook. She writes when she is dealing with life trails to help her figure out what she is thinking and to just get her thoughts out. She started writing this collection while dealing with a broken marriage and all the problems that came with. She hopes that her poems help others deal with some of these issues - love, heart ache, depression, failures, and just life in general.
