Product Description
Scott Forrester was born into the family of a career Marine in December of 1954. His father retired in 1964, and moved his wife and six kids to Archdale, NC.

Following in the old man's footsteps, Scott joined the Marine Corps Reserve in 1976. Scott married a beautiful young school teacher in 1981, set up house and they soon began to raise their two sons. Life was good, but something was missing.

Several months of searching soon led him to a Pentecostal Church. Here he found the excitement and enthusiasm for GOD that had been missing in his life. One morning about two a.m. he was awakened with the thought, “He Left the Light On” and the first of many poems was born.

This compilation has been derived from many early morning thoughts, while driving or simple daily events. He promised GOD that as long as the inspirations continue, he'll keep writing them down. Some will inspire, some will bring a smile, while others will make you consider your own relationship with GOD. But above all, the hope is that you will draw closer to the only one able to save you from an eternity you will regret, JESUS CHRIST!
