Why is it that we think our skin color “black” automatically makes white people hate us, especially when most white ethnic groups spend billions of dollars annually trying to darken their skin and put themselves in jeopardy of skin cancer? Every time a white person disagrees with a black person, it doesn't mean they are a racist and hate you. We have been terrorized and humiliated so much that we think the color “black” is always the reason why a non-black person dislikes us. Have you ever thought that maybe your personality sucks; perhaps some of us have bad character and are hard to get along with? Have you ever thought about that? Perhaps if we lightened our skin a little bit, white people would like us a little more than the darker ones. Europeans didn't enslave Africans because they were black; they enslaved them because they had the power to do so.
