Travel with a young Cody Sackett from his one-room schoolhouse in the Swan Valley of the Rocky Mountains, down the Clearwater and Blackfoot Rivers to Missoula, as he dodges Tangle Fangers, a tiger, to highwaymen trying to rob him. Travel east to New York City with his best friend Lee Larson, whose adventures include saving a pretty girl from drowning and being shanghaied on a boat headed up the Delaware River. Follow along as they are chased by the men who took Lee captive, to Cody losing his best friend and finding love.
