In Need of a Pause is a book of poems I have written and collected for the past ten years. Still on a search for the meaning of life, these poems tell a story about where I have been. These are lessons I have learned on loving and losing, broken trust, passion, abuse and addiction. Blunt and sometimes brutally honest, this book tells a lot of my pain, but I believe that without pain we can never truly appreciate happiness when we finally find it.
